Coeur d'Alene Reservation · Idaho
Paulette Jordan was raised on a working ranch on the Coeur d'Alene Reservation, in a family that still holds generational timber and farmland. She is a descendant of Chief Moses, Chief Kamiakin, and Lucy Covington — the Colville leader who defeated the termination of her tribe.
Sovereignty is not an abstraction to her. It is the land her family works, the nation that raised her, and the inheritance she intends to leave stronger than she found it. That is what she brings into every council chamber, boardroom, and negotiation.
